How are you?

Busy? Anxious or stressed? Running on empty? Need some breathing space? Stuck and not sure what’s next for you? Feeling a bit low and don’t really know why? Keen to create the best life you can? I became a Fresh Air Fridays facilitator in 2022, having experienced first hand the benefits of their programmes, and use these in my life everyday.

Virtual Feel Good, Work Well programme

The 12 week ‘Feel Good, Work Well programme‘ gives you the space and support to step away from your busy life and create time to discover, or rediscover, the things that matter to you. Throughout the programme, you’ll learn tools and techniques that can be used every day to support your wellbeing. 

At the end of the programme, you’ll gain a toolkit for life. You’ll grow and build each week your resilience to deal more effectively with the challenges that you might face such as your careers, relationships, health and self-development. I previously blogged about the benefits I discovered from taking part in the Feel Good, Well Well programme.

What’s involved?

Each week, you’ll join a small online group for an hour, reflecting on each of the twelve Fresh Air Fridays themes. In between each session, you’ll have access to an audio programme, giving you the opportunity in the week to explore each theme ahead of the sessions. As you listen to each audio session, you’ll be encouraged to head outside, as a core foundation of Fresh Air Fridays is recognising the benefits of being in nature. Book your spot today.

Monthly virtual sessions

If 12 weeks feels a bit much, I run a monthly Fresh Air Fridays session on the last Friday of the month, 7 – 8pm (UK hours). Each month, you’ll have the opportunity to explore one of the Fresh Air Fridays themes before the session via a guided audio file. You’ll then join me and small a group of fellow Fresh Air Fridays participants online (up to eight people) to discuss the theme, what it meant to you and practice some our tools included a guided meditation and breathing exercise.

You can join a session at anytime throughout the year. Here’s my upcoming sessions:

Weekday Breathing Spaces

On each weekday, join a Fresh Air Fridays Breathing Space session for free. These 30 minute, guided sessions give you some space to refocus and recharge. No need to book and nothing to pay. Just turn up and join via Zoom at 8am.
